Cookie Policy
Last updated: 11 August 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Parasync uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website or use the Service.
1. What cookies we use
- Essential/authentication cookies: used to keep you signed in and maintain your session across our authentication provider (Supabase Auth). These are required for the Service to function and cannot be disabled without losing access to your account.
- Preference cookies: used to remember basic settings, such as your last-visited organization or agent.
- Payment-flow cookies: when you add funds to your wallet, our payment processor Razorpay’s checkout script may set its own short-lived cookies to complete the payment securely. These are set and controlled by Razorpay, not by us, and only appear during an active checkout.
We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
2. Why we use them
Cookies let us authenticate you securely, keep your session active as you navigate between organizations and agents, complete payments safely, and protect your account from unauthorized access.
3. Managing cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Because our authentication cookies are essential to the Service, blocking them will prevent you from signing in or staying signed in. Blocking Razorpay’s checkout cookies may prevent you from completing a wallet top-up.
4. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as the Service evolves. Changes will be reflected by an updated “last updated” date above.
